Order processing.
All of our fabrics are cut to order from rolls of fabrics. Please allow 3-5 working days to process your order. All items are subject to stock availability. When stock is not available, please allow 7-21 working days for us to refill the stock.
Shipping UK
Orders within the UK are shipped via royal mail or parcel force. Most parcels will arrive within 3-5 days respective of the delivery type, but this is not guaranteed-please allow 12 working days from the dispatch date for your order to arrive. If your order hasn’t arrived in this time, please get in touch and let us know. We will process a missing item claim.
Delivery price is dependent upon the weight of your order and will be calculated at checkout. As the quality of the fabrics are different, the weight of each order for the same quantity is different too. We follow the price guideline of the royal mail and parcel force and try to provide the best shipping price. If the weight of the parcel is much heavier than we estimate according to the quantity of your order due to the nature of the fabric, we may contact you for additional shipping cost.
For any orders over 20m, please get in touch with us, you may want to ship the fabrics on a roll. We will quote the shipping cost separately.
Shipping Europe
Orders in European countries are shipped via Parcelforce or courier companies such as UPS, TNT or DHL. Small parcel is £16.00 (under 1 KG), large parcel is £35 (1-5KG) If the weight of the parcel is much heavier than we estimate according to the quantity of your order due to the nature of the fabric, we may contact you for additional shipping cost.

Shipping USA, Canada
We ship orders to USA and Canada from our Shanghai office. Orders are shipped via couriers companies such as DHL, TNT, UPS, Fedex. Shipping charge is dependent of the weight and size of the parcel. Please email us before you place an order to get advice about shipping cost.

Condition of sale: The Distance Selling Regulation gives consumers certain rights. However, please note that any fabric is supplied to you as a custom made length. (It has been cut to the customer’s specification) and you do not have the right to return the item(s) if it/they are unsuitable. This does not affect your statutory rights under the faulty goods act.
We have no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Returns:
If you’d like to return an item (sorry but unfortunately we cannot accept returns on cut fabrics), you will need to pay for the return postage of the item to us. We recommend you send this on a tracked service . We will process your refund when we receive your goods back in a good saleable condition.
We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. Return shipping costs and the risk of all products are your responsibility until received by us.
